Tel Aviv: Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and Air Force Commander Tomer Bar stated that the path to Iran is now clear, as they announced new airstrikes on Tehran. The announcement came during a security assessment amidst ongoing hostilities with Iran.

According to Anadolu Agency, the military leaders declared that "the path to Iran is paved," as reported by the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth. They detailed plans for the Israeli Air Force to strike targets within Tehran.

On Friday, an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential building in Tehran, resulting in the deaths of 60 people, including 20 children, as reported by Iran's state-run media Press TV. Additionally, Israeli forces conducted attacks on Iranian nuclear and missile facilities, killing over 104 individuals, including top military commanders and scientists, and injuring nearly 380 people.

In retaliation, Iran launched ballistic missiles targeting several locations in Israel, resulting in the deaths of three people and injuries to over 170 others.
