Israeli President Isaac Herzog Meets Hungarian Leaders in Budapest

Budapest:Israeli President Isaac Herzog held meetings with Hungarian President Andras Baka and Prime Minister Peter Magyar during his visit to Hungary.

According to Anadolu Agency, President Baka characterized their discussions as "fruitful," emphasizing the importance of not taking peace, security, and stability for granted. Baka stressed the responsibility to learn from the past to ensure a safer and more stable future.

In a meeting with Prime Minister Magyar, both leaders agreed on the importance of strengthening the historical, cultural, economic, and defense cooperation between Israel and Hungary. Magyar expressed his pleasure in accepting Herzog's invitation to visit Israel.

During Herzog's visit, a video circulating on social media showed his motorcade in Hungary without Israeli flags. Reports indicated that the absence of flags might be due to security concerns, though this information has not been independently verified.
