Israeli Strikes in Gaza Result in Multiple Casualties

Gaza: Four Palestinians were killed and 11 others injured as Israeli strikes hit various locations across the Gaza Strip, marking a severe breach of the ongoing ceasefire, medical sources reported to Anadolu.

According to Anadolu Agency, the latest attack involved an Israeli drone strike in central Khan Younis, where one Palestinian was killed and four others sustained injuries. In a separate incident, two Palestinians lost their lives and two more were wounded when an airstrike targeted an electric bicycle in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City. Additionally, an Israeli airstrike on a medicine warehouse at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central Gaza Strip resulted in injuries to three Palestinians who were inside the hospital at the time.

The sources further detailed that one Palestinian was killed and another seriously injured by Israeli gunfire while working on farmland east of Deir al-Balah. Witnesses reported that an Israeli quadcopter drone opened fire on the victim in this attack. In Khan Younis, one individual was injured in an Israeli drone strike targeting a person inside a camp for displaced people in the Al-Ard al-Tayyiba area of Al-Mawasi.

The Gaza Health Ministry indicated that since the truce last October, Israeli actions have resulted in the deaths of 1,313 Palestinians and injuries to 4,361 others. Since October 2023, the ongoing conflict has claimed the lives of at least 73,449 people and left 174,472 others injured.
