Gaza:Three Palestinians were killed and several others injured in a series of Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip, marking a continuation of violations against the October 2025 ceasefire. The attacks occurred on Friday, with sources and witnesses reporting significant casualties and damage.
According to Anadolu Agency – English, the latest incident in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, resulted in injuries to 10 Palestinians, three of whom are in serious condition. This strike targeted a group of Palestinians walking near Roni Street in the al-Mawasi area. Additionally, two Palestinians lost their lives in a separate strike on a motorcycle in the al-Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Further injuries were reported following an attack in Gaza City's al-Rimal neighborhood.
On Friday morning, yet another fatality occurred when a drone targeted a bicycle on al-Qubba Street in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, resulting in the death of one Palestinian and injuries to others.
In a related development, the Israeli army has expanded its control east of al-Masdar village in central Gaza. Local sources revealed that the army moved the concrete blocks marking the 'Yellow Line' approximately 500 meters beyond its previous boundary, encroaching into areas where Palestinians reside.
These incursions have been accompanied by intensive movements of Israeli military vehicles, land leveling, and the demolition of homes in the central governorate. In northern Gaza, demolitions have occurred in the Shujaiya and al-Tuffah neighborhoods, further exacerbating the situation for local residents.
Since October 2023, the conflict has resulted in the deaths of over 74,000 Palestinians and injuries to more than 175,000, with around 90% of Gaza's civilian infrastructure destroyed.
