Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni on Monday told a joint press conference with her British counterpart Keir Starmer in Rome that decisions concerning the use of Western long-range missiles by Ukraine to target Russian territory concern single countries also based on their legislation and constitution with such an authorization in Italy "today not under discussion".
