The leaders of Cyprus, Greece and Israel agreed to hold in July in Cyprus, their Tripartite Summit to discuss, among others, issues related to Defence, Security and Energy. According to a written statement by Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis, Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu called President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides on Friday and thanked him for the close cooperation between the Intelligence Services of the two countries. During their telephone conversation, the two leaders, following a consultation with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, agreed to fast track the Cyprus-Greece-Israel Tripartite Summit at the level of leaders and hold it in in July in Cyprus. Among other issues, they will discuss Defence, Security and Energy, the Spokesperson said.
