Nablus: One Palestinian was killed and two others were injured by Israeli fire as army forces detonated a home and arrested 10 Palestinians in military raids in the occupied West Bank, medics reported. A statement from the Health Ministry indicated that a 42-year-old man succumbed to injuries sustained from Israeli fire in Al-Ain refugee camp located in western Nablus in the northern West Bank. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that two additional individuals were injured by Israeli forces within the same camp.

According to Anadolu Agency, the official news agency Wafa reported that Israeli forces conducted a raid on the camp, besieging a home amid gunfire. The agency further noted that Israeli forces raided numerous homes and detonated a residential apartment in Tubas, a city in the northern West Bank, before withdrawing from the area. A similar operation was executed in the same city on the previous day, during which Israeli forces closed the southern entrance with barriers and carried out bulldozing activities in the city center.

Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoner Society in Tubas, stated that the army subjected several residents to field interrogation within the city. In Nablus, the Israeli army detained six Palestinians following raids on their homes, as reported by Wafa. Additionally, four more individuals, including parliamentarian and academic Omar Abd al-Razaq, were taken into Israeli custody in the northern city of Salfit.

Meanwhile, witnesses reported that illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of the army, attacked Palestinian farmers harvesting olive trees in Ramallah and Nablus and set two vehicles on fire. Data from the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission revealed that illegal Israeli settlers have conducted 7,154 assaults on Palestinians and their properties in the occupied West Bank over two years. These assaults have resulted in the deaths of 34 Palestinians and the forced migration of 33 Bedouin communities.

Local authorities announced that since the Gaza war began two years ago, over 1,051 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, approximately 10,300 have been wounded, and more than 20,000 have been arrested, including 1,600 children. In a landmark opinion issued last July, the International Court of Justice declared Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory illegal and called for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
