Kabudarahang: An Iranian military plane crashed in western Iran on Wednesday, as reported by local media. The incident occurred near the city of Kabudarahang in Hamadan province. According to Anadolu Agency, two pilots survived the crash but sustained minor injuries. They were subsequently transferred to a hospital for treatment. The cause of the crash is currently unclear. Decades of Western sanctions have posed challenges for Iran in acquiring spare parts and maintaining its aging fleet of aircraft, which could potentially contribute to such incidents.
