Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Monday claimed that "some neighboring states" hosting US forces and allowing "attacks on Iran" are "encouraging this slaughter" and must clarify their position.

According to Anadolu Agency, Araghchi expressed his concerns on the US social media platform X, stating that "hundreds of Iranian civilians have been killed in Israel-U.S. bombings, including over 200 children." He emphasized the need for neighboring countries, which reportedly host U.S. forces and permit attacks on Iran, to clarify their stances, as these actions are perceived as encouragement of the ongoing violence.
