ISTANBUL: Several major online trading platforms saw failures on Monday for thousands of users, according to outage tracker Downdetector. Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, E-Trade and TD Ameritrade and investment consultant firm Vanguard's website went down during morning hours on Monday. Charles Schwab said some clients saw difficulties due to a technical issue. "Please accept our apologies as our teams work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible," it stated.
