Gaza: Palestinian musical trio Le Trio Joubran, formed by brothers Samir, Wissam, and Adnan Joubran, organized an Iftar dinner in war-torn Gaza. The event took place on Wednesday and was made possible using proceeds from the group’s recent Ramadan tour in Trkiye.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ensemble, which is renowned for bringing Palestinian musical heritage to international audiences, performed in four Turkish cities-Adana, Gaziantep, Ankara, and Konya-from March 8 to 11. The tour was organized by DHD Production and received support from Hasan Turan, the administrative chief of the Grand National Assembly of Trkiye and head of the Trkiye-Palestine Interparliamentary Friendship Group.

The initiative by Le Trio Joubran highlights their commitment to supporting their homeland despite ongoing challenges. By hosting the Iftar dinner, the band aimed to provide some relief and a sense of community to the residents of Gaza, using their music as a bridge between cultures and as a source of support for their people.
