Jenin: Two Palestinian women and a 4-year-old girl were injured on Saturday when an Israeli military vehicle rammed their car in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

According to Anadolu Agency, the group said in a statement that its teams attended to the two women, aged 24 and 25, and a child, who sustained facial injuries. All three were treated for various bruises and subsequently transferred to the hospital for further care.

Eyewitnesses reported to Anadolu that the incident occurred after Israeli forces raided Jenin's Al-Kharouba neighborhood. During the raid, they detained a young man identified as Asid Abu Hammad after entering his home and later withdrew from the area.

Since the commencement of Israel's military actions in the Gaza Strip in October 2023, at least 1,011 Palestinians have been killed and over 7,000 injured in the West Bank due to actions by Israeli forces and illegal settlers, as reported by the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a significant development last July, the International Court of Justice declared Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory illegal, calling for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
