Biarritz: Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani announced that the trade partnership with the United States is projected to exceed $1 trillion. His remarks came during a press briefing with US President Donald Trump at the G7 summit held in France.

According to Anadolu Agency, Sheikh Tamim expressed optimism regarding a recent deal between the US and Iran, stating it would produce positive outcomes for the region. He emphasized the importance of this agreement, noting that while significant work remains, continued momentum could lead to achieving substantial regional progress. The Qatari emir affirmed Doha's readiness to assist whenever requested by allies.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif revealed that Pakistan had facilitated mediation between Washington and Tehran, leading to the announcement of an agreement early Monday. The deal is scheduled to be signed in Switzerland on Friday.
