Rio de janeiro: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with his Mexican counterpart J.R. de la Fuente Ramirez to discuss avenues for expanding bilateral cooperation, as stated in a Russian Foreign Ministry announcement on Monday. This meeting occurred on the sidelines of the 17th BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sunday.
