Nairobi: The Russian Defense Ministry claimed Sunday that its forces had captured another settlement in Ukraine.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ministry stated on the Russian social media platform Max that the village of Vilne in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region had come under Moscow's control. Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the latest claim, while independent verification remains difficult due to the ongoing war.
