Russian Guided Bomb Attack on Southeastern Ukraine Kills 1, Injures 21

Accra: One person was killed and 21 others were injured on Sunday in a Russian attack on southeastern Ukraine, local authorities claimed.

According to Anadolu Agency, Zaporizhzhia Regional Gov. Ivan Fedorov reported on Telegram that Russia dropped eight guided bombs on the regional center, causing damage to both residential and non-residential buildings. Tragically, a 71-year-old woman lost her life under the rubble of a house. Eighteen victims, including two minor girls, required medical assistance, and two individuals are hospitalized in serious condition.

Russia has not yet commented on the claims, and independent verification remains challenging due to the ongoing war.
