Moscow: Russia's National Welfare Fund reserves experienced a decline of 0.15% in July, reaching 13.08 trillion rubles, or approximately $163.1 billion, as reported by the Russian Finance Ministry on Wednesday. The ministry's statement also highlighted that the reserves' ratio to the nation's gross domestic product (GDP) was at 5.9%.
