Deputy Premier and Transport Minister Matteo Salvini on Sunday visited Premier Giorgia Melony at her holiday retreat, Masseria Beneficio, in Puglia's Ceglie Messapica. The informal meeting could be aimed at discussing dossiers including key State broadcaster RAI and EU appointments and the draft budget, according to some sources. Meloni has been spending her summer holiday for the past week at the countryside resort with her daughter Ginevra and her brother in law, Agriculture Minister Francesco Lollobrigida, among others.
