Las Cruces: A shooting at a park in the southwestern US state of New Mexico left three people dead and 15 others injured on Friday, according to local police. The incident took place at Young Park in the city of Las Cruces around 10 p.m. (0400GMT Saturday), as reported by the Las Cruces police in a statement on Facebook.

According to Anadolu Agency, the victims included two 19-year-old men and a 16-year-old boy. The injured victims were aged between 16 and 36. Authorities have not yet released the names of either the deceased or the injured individuals.

No arrests have been made so far, but investigators are actively pursuing multiple leads. Other law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and New Mexico State Police, are assisting the Las Cruces police in the ongoing investigation.
