Istanbul: The Take Off Istanbul Startup Summit is propelling Turkish startups onto the global stage, as emphasized by Ahmet Burak Daglioglu, head of Trkiye's Investment and Finance Office, during his address at the summit on Wednesday.
According to Anadolu Agency, the event is meticulously organized to infuse capital into the country's entrepreneurship ecosystem. The two-day summit, hosted at the Istanbul Expo Center, is led by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), the Industry and Technology Ministry, and the Investment and Finance Office, with Anadolu as its global communications partner.
Daglioglu highlighted the abundance of talented startup founders in Trkiye, explaining that the summit collaborates with them to align their ventures with suitable investment profiles. The initiative aims to guide these startups effectively, based on available investment opportunities and fund strategies.
Additionally, Daglioglu elaborated on the summit's role in providing direct communication channels with investors, enabling startups to connect effortlessly with fund managers. He also mentioned various support structures for foreign investors looking to establish businesses in Trkiye, including incubators, accelerator programs, technology development zones, and technology centers.
