Mus: Trkiye is the guarantor of the security, peace, and well-being of Kurds, akin to all brotherly peoples in Syria, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared on Tuesday. In his address during the 954th anniversary commemoration of the Manzikert victory in Trkiye's Mus province, Erdogan stated, "Those who turn to Ankara and Damascus will prevail." According to Anadolu Agency, Erdogan emphasized the vision of transforming Trkiye into a powerful nation free from terror, which will eventually lead to a terror-free region through collective efforts and unity. He remarked on the country's dedication, despite challenges, to becoming a great and powerful nation united by history, culture, shared civilization, and common beliefs. Erdogan stressed the unity among Turks, Arabs, and Kurds, asserting that they will coexist on the land indefinitely. He portrayed Trkiye as a beacon of hope not just for its citizens but also for the oppressed globally, acting as a refuge for those facing hardships beyond its borders. Erdo gan also reaffirmed Trkiye's commitment to establishing lasting peace in the region by advocating for dialogue and diplomacy. Addressing the situation in Gaza, the Turkish president reiterated Ankara's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause on international platforms. He highlighted the nation's efforts through "letter diplomacy, phone calls, international meetings, and aid exceeding 102,000 tons" to defend Gaza's rights and justice. He asserted Trkiye's stance against Israel's actions, emphasizing their resolve to act without yielding to external pressures.
