Ankara: Trkiye on Thursday condemned a drone attack that was carried out late Wednesday on the Khor Mor gas field in northern Iraq's Sulaymaniyah province. Ankara expressed concern over the attack, highlighting its potential implications for Iraq's stability and prosperity, according to a statement by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Oncu Keceli on US social media company X.

According to Anadolu Agency, Keceli emphasized Trkiye's condemnation of actions targeting civilian infrastructure. The statement also noted that Trkiye's Consulate General in Erbil took necessary measures to ensure the safety of Turkish nationals working at the site.
