Medina:Trkiye's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, condemned an attack by Yemen's Houthi group targeting civilian infrastructure serving the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

According to Anadolu Agency, Duran stated that any attack on the sanctity, peace, and security of the Two Holy Mosques is an unacceptable affront to the entire Islamic world.

He expressed a desire for such destabilizing attacks in the region to cease promptly. Duran also emphasized that under Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Trkiye will continue to support Saudi Arabia.
