According to Anadolu Agency, Aksu explained that the global tourism industry is undergoing significant transformation. This new era in tourism investment extends beyond mere hotel acquisitions to include repositioning, digitalizing, branding, and optimizing the value of acquired assets. Aksu emphasized that JRO Investment evaluates tourism assets beyond the traditional buy-and-sell model. The firm believes that idle or inefficiently managed tourism assets can be revitalized to generate substantial value through strategic approaches, thereby offering higher returns for investors and accelerating Trkiye’s tourism transformation process.
Goksel Akman, General Manager of JRO Investment, highlighted Trkiye’s appeal to global investors due to its regional strength, stable structure, and reputation as a safe tourism destination. Akman noted that Trkiye is a focal point for investors from Europe, the Gulf region, and Asia, who are particularly interested in branded accommodation projects, resort investments, and city hotels with transformation potential.
