Istanbul: Trkiye's benchmark stock index ended Friday at 11,341.90 points, slightly up 0.06% from its previous close. After starting the day at 11,346.15 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index gained 6.85 points from Thursday's close.

According to Anadolu Agency, the lowest value recorded was 11,291.08, while the daily high reached 11,354.26. The market value of BIST 100 stood at approximately 10.64 trillion Turkish liras ($249.5 billion), with a daily trading volume of 115.1 billion Turkish liras ($2.7 billion). Among the stocks on the index, 55 declined and 44 rose compared to the previous close.

Gold was priced at $4,344.40 per ounce, while Brent crude oil was sold for $59.70 per barrel as of 6.20 pm local time (1520GMT). The currency exchange rates were reported with the US dollar/Turkish lira at 42.8090, the euro/Turkish lira at 50.2140, and the British pound trading at 57.2575 Turkish liras.
