Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto over the phone on Thursday to discuss bilateral ties, as well as regional and global issues, as reported by Trkiye’s Communications Directorate.

According to Anadolu Agency, Erdogan highlighted that relations between Trkiye and Indonesia have reached an exemplary level, emphasizing the historic cooperation established between the two nations in fields such as energy, health, education, and the defense industry. During the conversation, the Turkish president also extended his greetings to Prabowo for Eid al-Adha, the Muslim festival of sacrifice that begins on Friday.
