Turkish Foreign Minister and US Special Envoy Hold Meeting in Ankara

Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with US ambassador to Trkiye, Tom Barrack, in Ankara, the Foreign Ministry announced.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ministry shared a photo of the meeting but did not provide further details on the discussions. Barrack, who also serves as the US special envoy for Iraq and Syria, described the meeting as productive on social media platform X, emphasizing the importance of the dialogue ahead of next month's NATO summit, which will be held in the Turkish capital.

In his social media post, Barrack highlighted the strong alliance between the United States and Trkiye, underlining that the partnership is achieving significant outcomes. The meeting underscores the ongoing cooperation between the two nations, particularly in areas of mutual interest and shared goals.
