Istanbul: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi on Saturday discussed the Strait of Hormuz and ongoing negotiations aimed at ending conflicts in the region, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
According to Anadolu Agency, the two ministers held a phone call where they also addressed recent attacks against Saudi Arabia. The discussions appear to be part of broader efforts to stabilize regional tensions and enhance diplomatic dialogue among key players in the Middle East.
