Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke Monday by phone with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, according to Turkish Foreign Ministry sources. The two discussed the latest developments in negotiations over reopening the Strait of Hormuz and maintaining the ceasefire, the sources said.
