"We have successfully concluded the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government, which we hosted in Ankara, Trkiye," Erdogan stated in a post on the US social media platform X.

According to Anadolu Agency, the summit took place at the Presidential Complex and gathered leaders from NATO's 32 member countries, alongside nearly 100 ministers, senior diplomats, international organization representatives, and guests. Erdogan emphasized that a delicate balance was maintained between high-level security and the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms throughout the summit.

Security, transportation, coordination, and public order measures were meticulously planned to ensure the safety of leaders, maintain the city's daily life, and provide accurate information to the international community while minimizing disruptions to residents. Erdogan extended his gratitude to all who contributed to the event, including law enforcement, media workers, technical teams, healthcare staff, transportation personnel, protocol officials, and catering services.

"On behalf of myself and my nation, I express my gratitude to all my brothers and sisters who worked selflessly to ensure the summit was held smoothly," Erdogan stated. He also thanked NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte for his cooperative approach and efforts in organizing the NATO Ankara Summit.
