Turkish President Erdogan to Attend G20 Summit in South Africa

Johannesburg: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to South Africa to attend the 20th G20 leaders' summit, which will be held in Johannesburg on Nov. 22-23. The summit promises to be a significant gathering under the theme, 'Solidarity, Equality, Sustainability,' where global leaders will convene to discuss pressing world issues.

According to Anadolu Agency, Communications Director Burhanettin Duran announced on his Nsosyal account that President Erdogan will address various sessions of the summit. His participation underscores Turkey's commitment to engaging in global dialogues aimed at addressing economic and social challenges.

Duran further highlighted that on the sidelines of the summit, President Erdogan is expected to hold bilateral meetings with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, as well as other G20 leaders and representatives of international organizations. These meetings are anticipated to foster diplomatic relations and collaboration on mutual interests among the participating nations.
