Bishkek: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin concluded Tuesday in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek. The two leaders met at the Ala Archa State Residence on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Summit.

According to Anadolu Agency, the closed-door meeting lasted approximately one and a half hours and was attended by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and National Intelligence Organization (MIT) chief Ibrahim Kalin. The meeting was part of a series of engagements at the summit.

Following his engagements at the summit, Erdogan departed the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek. He was seen off at Manas International Airport by Kyrgyz Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev and Trkiye's Ambassador to Bishkek Mekin Mustafa Kemal Okem. First Lady Emine Erdogan and members of the Turkish delegation also departed Bishkek with the president.
