According to Anadolu Agency, Kavurat's journey to the championship match included victories over Stavroula Dessyla of Greece, Mobina Nematzadeh of Iran, Po-ya Su of Taiwan, and Jana Khattab of Egypt. In the final, she secured her title by beating Dunya Ali Abutaleb of Saudi Arabia with a score of 2-0.
Kavurat's success in Wuxi follows her previous triumph in the 49-kg category at the 2023 World Championships in Azerbaijan, highlighting her continued dominance in the sport.
