Dnipro: At least one person was killed and 28 injured in Ukraine following a Russian drone strike on the city of Dnipro, as reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration on Tuesday.
According to Anadolu Agency, Serhiy Lysak communicated via Telegram that 12 of those injured have been hospitalized, while the others are recovering at home. The victims sustained injuries including shrapnel wounds, lacerations, and bruises as a result of the strike. Furthermore, several fires erupted in the aftermath of the attack.
Lysak stated that all emergency services are actively working to address the damage caused by the attack. He further claimed that Russian forces targeted the Pokrovska community in the Nikopol district with heavy artillery later that evening. Additionally, guided aerial bombs and FPV drones hit the Pokrovska and Mezhivska communities in the Synelnyky district, leading to damage of a private residential building.
