Dnipro: A Russian ballistic missile struck the central area of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, killing four people and injuring at least 40, local authorities said on Monday. The acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, reported that the majority of the wounded have been hospitalized, with 11 individuals in serious condition. Search and rescue operations at the site have concluded.

According to Anadolu Agency, Ukraine's State Emergency Service confirmed that four people were rescued from the rubble. The strike resulted in all fires being extinguished, and damage to a four-story office building and 49 cars. Borys Filatov, the head of Dnipro City Council, stated at the scene that the attack on the city center was executed with a Russian ballistic missile.

In a separate report, Ukraine's Air Force disclosed that Russia launched 89 drones overnight across the country. Air defenses managed to intercept or divert 63 of these drones, while 26 hit nine different locations. Russia has not responded to the claims regarding the ballistic missile, and independent verification remains challenging due to the ongoing conflict.
