Kyiv: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Saturday announced that Kyiv has observed unusual activity along sections of its border with Belarus. In a video message shared on Telegram, Zelenskyy stated that the activity was recorded on Friday, though he did not provide specific details.
According to Anadolu Agency, Zelenskyy emphasized that the Ukrainian side is "closely documenting everything and keeping the situation under control." He assured that Ukraine would respond if necessary, highlighting the country's readiness to defend its people and sovereignty. Zelenskyy further warned that anyone being drawn into aggressive actions against Ukraine must understand the nation's preparedness to act.
As of now, Belarus has not issued any comments regarding Zelenskyy's claims.
