Tehran: Occupied West Bank At least 14 Palestinians and two foreign journalists were injured Saturday in attacks by Israeli forces and illegal occupiers across the occupied West Bank, officials and medics said. Abdel Azim Wadi, the mayor of Qusra in the northern West Bank, reported that occupiers attacked a Palestinian home in the Ras al-Ain area, firing tear gas and throwing stones. Seven individuals were injured, mainly from tear gas inhalation, and received treatment on-site.

According to Anadolu Agency, a siege by illegal occupiers around three houses in Qusra has persisted for the 21st consecutive day, creating significant challenges for families in obtaining basic necessities. In nearby Jalud, occupiers attacked a Palestinian family and two foreign journalists. A Palestinian couple sustained bruises and required hospital treatment, while the journalists suffered hand and back injuries from beatings.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews treated two individuals wounded by Israeli army fire in the Al-Amari refugee camp in Al-Bireh. Among them was a 15-year-old and a young man shot in the foot. Both were transferred to a hospital for further care.

In Ramallah province, three Palestinians, including two elderly women, were injured in separate attacks by Israeli occupiers. Local sources revealed that Abdel Fattah Hamayel was beaten while on his way to his land, and the attackers also stole his vehicle. In Silwad, two elderly sisters were injured and had their personal belongings stolen while picking figs on their land.

Additionally, Israeli occupiers conducted provocative tours of agricultural land in the Khalayel al-Louz area near Bethlehem, further escalating tensions in the region.

According to the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, there were 2,256 documented attacks against Palestinians, their properties, and land in July, with 1,458 carried out by Israeli forces and 798 by occupiers. The Israeli army's military incursions across the occupied West Bank occur almost daily, involving gunfire, home raids, and arrests.

Since the start of Israel's war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, there has been an increase in attacks across the West Bank, along with the expansion of illegal settlements and heightened restrictions on Palestinian movement.
