ISTANBUL: Trkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow discussed bilateral relations in a phone call on Tuesday. Erdogan and Berdimuhamedow also discussed regional and global issues, according to Trkiye's Communications Directorate.
