ANKARA: The governments of Ethiopia and Somalia have signed a landmark agreement brokered by Trkiye, which experts suggest could be pivotal in stabilizing the politically sensitive Horn of Africa region. The deal, facilitated by Turkish diplomacy, highlights Trkiye's role as a peace facilitator between the two East African nations. According to Anadolu Agency, the agreement was praised by Ibrahim Mulushewa, a regional political analyst and CEO of the Center for Regional Integration Studies, as a testament to the deep trust Trkiye has built with both Ethiopia and Somalia.
