Kyiv: Ukraine's national railway company on Sunday reported that a technical failure put the company's online services out of order. A statement by the state-owned company on Telegram said that ticket sales via its application and website, as well as online ordering services and reference services, are temporarily not available.
According to Anadolu Agency, the company announced that until its online services are restored, it has temporarily opened ticket sales at stations for all international trips departing on March 23 and 24. In addition, Ukrzaliznytsia has made provisions to ensure that Ukrainian servicemen, who need to travel urgently and cannot purchase tickets online, are able to reach their destinations.
