AA Technology and Imperum Forge Strategic Cybersecurity Partnership

Ankara: AA Technology, a newly established subsidiary of Trkiye's global news agency Anadolu, has signed a strategic cooperation protocol with Imperum, a cybersecurity solutions provider. With 105 years of history, Anadolu Agency (AA) takes a leading role in media technologies and cybersecurity through its newly established subsidiary AA Technology.

According to Anadolu Agency, the strategic move by the Turkish news agency marks AA Technology's first major collaboration in the field of cybersecurity solutions with Imperum. The cooperation protocol was signed by Oguz Enis Peru, deputy director of Anadolu Agency and AA Technology, and Imperum CEO Senad Aruc.

Peru stated that AA Technology, aiming to become a leader in cybersecurity, is creating solutions that impact the sector through its technical infrastructure, extensive field experience, and expert team. This effort contributes to national security by offering value-added services across all areas of cybersecurity. In line with this vision, AA Technology has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Imperum, a global manufacturer operating in multiple countries and conducting all its development processes internally.

"Imperum SOC Platform provides an end-to-end modern security infrastructure, ranging from intrusion detection systems to automated blocking solutions, artificial intelligence-powered analysis, and proactive action systems," Peru explained. AA Technology is committed to building the future of cybersecurity by integrating innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation into their solutions and developing products.

Imperum's CEO, Senad Aruc, highlighted that the company, founded four years ago based on 25 years of cybersecurity experience, operates in four countries and is headquartered in the Netherlands. The cybersecurity solution was introduced to users in mid-2023, with general sales beginning in early 2024. Aruc explained that discussions with Anadolu Agency began in the middle of last year, leading to the formation of a business partnership with AA Technology.

Aruc emphasized that Imperum's most significant innovation is its ability to integrate five different security solutions used in cybersecurity under a single system. The platform's artificial intelligence-supported risk analysis and automatic threat prevention capabilities allow it to detect attacks before they occur, providing high-level protection.

This collaboration is seen as an important step in Turkey's path to global cybersecurity leadership, offering a more effective and cost-efficient alternative to traditional security solutions. Anadolu's digitalization experience has shaped AA Technology, which is now a technology manufacturer with modern data centers in Istanbul and Ankara, as well as a domestic software engineering and research and development center.
