Gaza: At least 51 Palestinians were killed in ongoing Israeli airstrikes on homes across the Gaza Strip, as reported by medics and local media on Monday.

According to Anadolu Agency, Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on a home in Khan Younis, leading to the deaths of eight individuals, as reported by the official news agency Wafa. In a separate incident, three people were killed, and several others injured in an attack on the Al-Shafi'i displacement camp west of the city.

An additional airstrike targeted a civilian gathering in Gaza City, resulting in nine fatalities, a medical source informed Anadolu. Another Palestinian was killed in Abasan town in eastern Khan Younis. The same source reported three more deaths in southwestern Gaza City and seven family members killed in northern Gaza City due to Israeli air assaults.

In another tragic incident, fighter jets struck a home in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, claiming 10 lives. Six civilians were killed, and several others injured in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, according to the same source. Medics further reported that four bodies were recovered from the rubble of a shelled home in Khan Younis, which was targeted on Sunday.

The Israeli military resumed its attacks on Gaza on March 18, breaking a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that had been in place since January 19. Since October 2023, Israel has been responsible for over 52,300 Palestinian deaths in the enclave, predominantly women and children.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, charging them with war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Additionally, Israel is facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in the enclave.
