Istanbul: The Istanbul Coffee Festival is set to unfold in Kadikoy from September 11 to 14, as announced by the event organizers on Thursday. The festival, now in its 11th year, promises to blend the rich aroma of coffee with the vibrant culture of Istanbul, providing a refreshing experience for attendees.

According to Anadolu Agency, Dream Sales Machine, the organization behind the festival, highlighted that the event will operate under the motto: "The Festival That Awakens the City." This year, the festival aims to bring together leading global coffee brands, local producers, and independent initiatives, maintaining a tradition that has captivated coffee enthusiasts annually. Visitors can look forward to free tastings and offerings of hundreds of coffee varieties from around the world during the four-day event.

In addition to the diverse coffee selections, the festival will feature artisanal flavors, creative workshops, brand experiences, and musical performances, presenting a rich and multifaceted program for participants. Alper Sesli, president of Dream Sales Machine, emphasized the importance of the festival's location, noting that Kadikoy offers a welcoming and accessible space for coffee lovers to congregate and share their passion.

Sesli expressed excitement about returning to Kadikoy, stating, "In a metropolis like Istanbul, the best way to meet coffee lovers is to offer this experience in a space where they can breathe and easily reach. This year, we are excited to reunite with the energy and spirit of the festival in Kadikoy, a place we've truly missed." The festival has previously been hosted in notable venues including Galata Greek School, Haydarpasa Train Station, KucukCiftlik Park, Tersane Istanbul, and Atakoy Marina, each contributing to the event's rich history of blending coffee with music, art, and gastronomy.
