Israeli Army Issues Warning to Iranians in Tehran Ahead of Planned Airstrikes

Tehran: The Israeli military has issued a stark warning to residents of Tehran, advising them to avoid military targets as Israel plans to continue its airstrikes in the region. The announcement was made on Monday, indicating that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) would persist with their operations targeting military sites in the Iranian capital.

According to Anadolu Agency, the warning was delivered by IDF spokesman Avichay Adraee via his official X account. He urged citizens to distance themselves from areas such as weapons manufacturing plants, military headquarters, and security institutions tied to the Iranian regime, underscoring the imminent threat of further military actions.

This escalation follows a series of hostilities that began on June 13 when Israel launched unexpected airstrikes on multiple locations throughout Iran, targeting both military and nuclear facilities. These actions provoked a series of retaliatory strikes from Iran, intensifying the conflict between the two nations.

Israeli officials have reported that the Iranian missile attacks have resulted in at least 25 fatalities and caused injuries to hundreds more. On the other hand, the Iranian Health Ministry has reported a significantly higher toll, with at least 430 people killed and over 3,500 wounded due to the Israeli military's ongoing assault.
