Istanbul: Turkish Airlines announced Monday that it will resume flights from Istanbul to Aleppo, Syria's second-largest city, starting August 1. The airline will provide daily service on the Istanbul-Aleppo route.

According to Anadolu Agency, special round-trip tickets for the reopening of this route will be available, starting at $299. This move comes as more flight connections between Trkiye and Syria have been restored following the end of Syria's Assad regime last December.
