Dublin: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Tuesday that a 20-point plan, developed through negotiations between Ukrainian and American teams in Geneva and further refined in Florida, remains incomplete. Kyiv is currently awaiting signals from the US after its meeting with Russian officials.

According to Anadolu Agency, Zelenskyy addressed the matter during a joint press conference with Irish Taoiseach Micheal Martin in Dublin. He emphasized that while the plan was worked out in Geneva and finalized in Florida, several aspects still require further development. Ukraine is expecting immediate updates from the American delegation after its scheduled discussions in Russia.

"There will be a meeting of the American delegation in Russia, and we will wait for appropriate signals from them," Zelenskyy said. He highlighted the importance of these signals, noting that subsequent steps could change rapidly, even on an hourly basis, depending on the outcomes of the talks.

The US negotiating team, led by special envoy Steve Witkoff and presidential adviser Jared Kushner, has already arrived in Moscow for discussions aimed at ending the ongoing conflict. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that President Vladimir Putin would meet with the two envoys after 5 pm Moscow time, with no other US officials present aside from an interpreter. The discussions are set to focus on conflict settlement and include Washington's latest proposals.
