Ankara: Anadolu's Gaza Trilogy, which documents Israel's war crimes in Gaza with definitive proof, has been completed with the publication of the series' final book, The Perpetrator, following The Evidence and The Witness. The Perpetrator focuses primarily on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his administration, who bear direct responsibility for the violence and destruction in Gaza.

According to Anadolu Agency, The Perpetrator exposes the mindset of the administration, composed of figures who regard the killing of children, the destruction of homes, and environmental devastation as achievements. It documents all circles connected to the genocide, from politics to culture, who support Netanyahu's regime. The book consists of three sections: Architects and Perpetrators of the Genocide, Global Partners in Genocide, and The Cultural Front of Genocide.

The first section profiles the current Israeli government, detailing each official's role in the violence and the systematic nature of the genocide through infographics and crime maps. The second section examines global support to Israel, focusing on military and economic aid from Western countries, especially the US, and the political shields provided by lobbies and international organizations.

In the third section, the book discusses the complicity of those who remained silent, analyzing the suppression of Palestinian solidarity in academia, pro-Israel media policies, and the silence within cultural communities. Contributions to the book include works from Martin Shaw, Richard Falk, and several academics, bringing significant attention to the genocide in Gaza.
