Beirut: The Israeli army issued immediate evacuation orders for residents in several neighborhoods in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, as Tel Aviv continued its military offensive against the Arab country. In a statement, army spokesman Avichay Adraee urged residents of the towns of Bir al-Sanasil, Deir Kifa, Kfar Dounine, al-Shihabiya (Tayr Zebna), al-Sultaniya, Deir Antar, al-Qantara, al-Ghandouriya, and Burj Qalaouiyeh to immediately leave these areas.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Israeli army justifies its actions by citing alleged Hezbollah activities in these neighborhoods. This development is part of a broader military campaign that has seen the Israeli army conducting airstrikes and launching a ground offensive in southern Lebanon. The escalation follows a cross-border attack by Hezbollah on March 2, which has led to significant military actions.

Lebanese authorities report that the ongoing Israeli attacks have resulted in at least 1,039 deaths and 2,876 injuries. The situation has further intensified due to a joint US-Israeli offensive on Iran, which began on February 28. This offensive has resulted in over 1,340 casualties. In response, Tehran has launched drone and missile strikes targeting Israel and other regional countries, including Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf nations, stating that these strikes are aimed at 'US military assets.'
