Turkish Firm Karmod Manufactures Ticket Kiosks for Malta’s Blue Lagoon

Valletta: Turkish modular building manufacturer Karmod announced the production of 15 ticket sales kiosks for Malta's Blue Lagoon, a protected natural site. These kiosks are designed for reservation and ticketing services and have been shipped to the area situated between the islands of Comino and Cominotto.

According to Anadolu Agency, Karmod Cabin Sales Manager Enes Kizilbay explained that the company specializes in creating sustainable and mobile kiosk solutions for tourism destinations and protected natural areas. These ready-to-use kiosks are versatile, serving various sectors from food services to tourism.

Kizilbay emphasized that the kiosks are widely utilized as public bread sales points, ticket booths at national parks and museums, and as store cabins for football clubs selling branded merchandise. With sizes ranging from 4 to 50 square meters, Karmod provides practical solutions for establishing sales and service points.

Highlighting the global recognition of Blue Lagoon for its turquoise waters, golden beaches, caves, and diving attractions, Kizilbay noted that the kiosks, each measuring 150 by 270 centimeters, were completed as part of the project. The kiosks are equipped with shutter systems and forklift pockets to facilitate easy transportation.

The kiosks have been set up in designated areas on the islands of Comino and Cominotto. They will facilitate reservations and ticket sales for services such as boat tours, yacht rentals, and diving activities.
