In a statement on Telegram, Zelenskyy said he plans to focus on strengthening defense cooperation and securing additional military support for Ukraine in meetings with Swedish officials.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Ukrainian president stated that the main agenda for his visit includes discussions on a large defense package for Ukraine and pursuing cooperation on Gripen fighter jets. Zelenskyy emphasized that these efforts aim to enhance Ukraine's combat aviation capabilities.

Meetings are scheduled with Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, along with broader talks involving delegations and representatives from Sweden's defense industry.
